The coffee program is anchored by an in-house roaster, turning out reliable house blends alongside single-origin beans such as Ethiopian, Indonesian Mandheling, and Guatemalan. Details on flavour profiles and roast depths are noted on the menu, allowing guests to match their preference for bitterness or body while enjoying a small cookie served on the side. Whole beans are also available to take home, roasted to order on the spot to your preferred roast level.
